After a discovery conversation with us, you'll be matched with up to 4 vetted chefs to start your trial period. Each will be scheduled for 1 full service with personalized menus.

To start your trial you'll activate a wallet on our platform from which all service and ingredient costs are deducted from the balance in your wallet with all receipts provided.

No, we handle all ingredient sourcing and bring any necessary specialized equipment. We use your kitchen to ensure meals are freshly prepared.
Yes, we work with you to create a menu that reflects your tastes and dietary needs.
We require at least 7 days' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee. This policy ensures the chefs' schedules are respected and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
